We will only refund the cost of the item less the original shipping charge once the returned item(s) has been received by us. We do not offer refunds for the return postage/shipping costs.
Returns must be made using a trackable form of postage. We can not provide a refund for any item(s) lost in transit unless a tracking number has been obtained. Proof of postage is not sufficient so for UK customer returns we would recommend using the Royal Mail Signed For service.
For International customer returns please use your International Signed For service.
Any returned item should be sent back in it's original packaging and must be unworn.
Any item(s) received without prior notification will be returned to the sender and payment along with any additional shipping costs will be expected in full. Please note: We are unable to accept any earring returns due to hygiene laws.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE: Any items damaged as a result of a packing or shipping error must be advised within 7 days from the date of invoice. We will not be responsible for any advice received after the 7 day period. Any faulty items must be advised by email. Any item received by us without prior notification will not be accepted.
